Glendora schools have a long tradition of providing excellent education to local students that helps them succeed in college and careers. However, many classrooms and school facilities are nearly 70 years old.

 

Aging pipes, roofs, plumbing, sewer lines, air conditioning, and electrical systems are failing now, causing gas leaks, water leaks, sewage backups, roof leaks, and other problems that will only become more expensive if we wait.

 

Measure G repairs and upgrades our aging schools without increasing the current tax rate. It simply extends the voter-approved rate already in place without an increase.

This fiscally responsible plan also helps our schools qualify for $50,000,000 or more in state matching funds that will otherwise go to schools in other communities, not Glendora.
